测定跟腱反射时间反映甲状腺功能,越来越受到重视。本文自1986年开始,对221例正常人、55例甲亢、7例甲低及部分其它疾病患者进行 ART(V-P)间期测定。年龄、性别对跟腱反射时间有影响,且随着年龄增长而延长,年龄越大,跟腱反射时间越长,女高于男。ART诊断符合率在甲亢组达81.8%,其灵敏度与 T_4、FT_4 I 近似,优于吸~(131)Ⅰ率检查;在甲低组达85.7%,与 T_3、T_3 RuR 同样灵敏,但不如 T_4、FT_4Ⅰ。
Measuring Achilles tendon reflex time reflects thyroid function, more and more attention. Since 1986, ART (V-P) interphase assay was performed in 221 normal subjects, 55 hyperthyroidism patients, 7 hypothyroidism patients and some other diseases. Age and sex have influence on Achilles tendon reflex time, and extend with age. The older the Achilles tendon reflex time, the higher the female than the male. The diagnostic accuracy rate of ART was 81.8% in hyperthyroidism group. The sensitivity was similar to that of T_4 and FT_4I, but better than that of 131I. In the hypothyroidism group, the sensitivity was 85.7%, which was as sensitive as T_3 and T_3 RuR, but not as good as T_4 , FT_4 Ⅰ.
