购买加速器的医院,应考虑经济现状和加速器选型的合理性,以利于所选的加速器最大限度地满足不同部位、不同类型的肿瘤及部分良性病的治疗。本文就加速器的选型问题,作如下讨论。1 能量目前国内的加速器X线能量在4~18MV;电子线能量在5~20MeV。能量反映了穿透深度,表1列出几种有代表性的能量和有效深度。由表1可以看出,能量越高穿越深,10MV的X线有效深度在8~10cm以上,可见X线比
Hospitals that purchase accelerators should consider the economic status and the rationality of accelerator selection in order to facilitate the selection of accelerators to maximize the treatment of different parts and types of tumors and some benign diseases. This article discusses the selection of accelerators as follows. 1 Energy The current domestic accelerator X-ray energy is in the range of 4 to 18 MV; the electron line energy is in the range of 5 to 20 MeV. The energy reflects the penetration depth. Table 1 lists several representative energy and effective depths. It can be seen from Table 1 that the higher the energy is through the deep, the effective depth of X-ray at 10MV is above 8~10cm, and the X-ray ratio is visible.
