目的:急救止血训练模拟系统是战伤急救训练模拟人中的一个重要的功能模块,如何模拟动脉出血伤情是系统的关键,本文提出了运用四联阀组合的控制研究。方法:基于三元件Westerhof模型理论建立了止血训练模拟装置;通过系统辨识时域方法获得止血训练模拟系统的四联阀的函数模型,设计控制器,进行Matlab数值仿真并优化控制参数;最后建立了以C8051F330为核心的单片机系统,实现了压力信号采集及A/D转换,运用PI控制算法对四联阀组合的优化控制,最终实现了肱动脉压力曲线的模拟。结果与结论:肱动脉压力曲线的模拟真实反映了模拟血管中的血流压力,急救止血训练模拟系统能够真实地再现出血伤情。
OBJECTIVE: The emergency rescue training simulation system is an important functional module in the simulation of war-wounded emergency training. How to simulate the injury of arterial bleeding is the key of the system. In this paper, a control study using quadruple-valve combination is proposed. Methods: The hemostatic training simulation device was established based on the three-element Westerhof model theory. The function model of the quadruple valve of the hemostatic training simulation system was obtained through the system identification of the time domain. The controller was designed and the numerical simulation was carried out and the control parameters were optimized. Finally, C8051F330 as the core of the SCM system, the realization of the pressure signal acquisition and A / D conversion, the use of PI control algorithm for the optimal combination of four valve control, and ultimately the brachial artery pressure curve simulation. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The simulation of brachial artery pressure curve truly reflected the blood pressure in the simulated blood vessel. The simulation system of emergency rescue and hemostatic training could truly reproduce the bleeding injury.
