目的分析多尼尔钬激光和其他类型钬激光治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法将547例输尿管结石患者随机分为多尼尔钬激光组294例和其他类型钬激光组253例,比较两组的临床疗效。结果多尼尔钬激光组较其他类型钬激光组手术时间短、术中出血量少、黏膜损伤发生率低(P<0.05)。多尼尔钬激光组较其他类型钬激光组一次碎石成功率和结石排尽率高(92.5%vs.87.4%和94.9%vs.90.0%)(P<0.05)。结论在治疗输尿管结石时,多尼尔钬激光较其他类型钬激光有更好的疗效和安全性。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Dornier holmium laser and other types of holmium laser in the treatment of ureteral calculi. Methods A total of 547 patients with ureteral calculi were randomly divided into 294 patients with holmium laser Dornier and 253 patients with other types of holmium laser. The clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results Compared with other types of holmium laser group, the operation time of the holmium laser in the DORNIER group was less, the blood loss was less and the incidence of mucosal injury was lower (P <0.05). Compared with other types of holmium laser group, the success rate of primary gravel and the exhaustion rate of stones were higher in DORNH group than that of other types of holmium laser group (92.5% vs 87.4% and 94.9% vs 90.0%, respectively) (P <0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of ureteral calculi, the dopamine holmium laser has better curative effect and safety than other types of holmium laser.
