我们对体外培养的人和兔的雪旺氏细胞(SC)进行了形态学观察、超微结构分析及免疫学和生长特性等方面的研究,证实该培养细胞就是 SC,具有以下特征:1)光镜和扫描电镜下细胞以双极梭形形态为主。
We investigated the morphological, ultrastructural, immunological and growth characteristics of cultured Schwann cells (SCs) of human and rabbit cultured in vitro and confirmed that the cultured cells were SCs with the following characteristics: 1) Light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy of bipolar spindle-based morphology.
