Cypr 2—32μmol/L,浓度依赖性地使豚鼠右室乳头状肌APD和ERP缩短,但对RP、APA和Vmax无影响。灌流液中钙的浓度变化明显影响Cypr对AP的作用,低[Ca~(2+)]_0时,其缩短APD_(20)的作用增强,而高[Ca~(2+)]_0时则作用明显减弱,需增加Cypr浓度才能显示缩短APD的作用。改变灌流液中钾的浓度,仅低[K~+]_0时使Cypr8μmol/L缩短APD_(90)的作用明显减弱。结果提示该药缩短APD的作用可能主要与抑制心肌细胞Ca~(2+)的跨膜转运有关。
Cypr 2-32 μmol / L shortens the APD and ERP of guinea pig right papillary muscle in a concentration-dependent manner, but has no effect on RP, APA and Vmax. The change of calcium concentration in perfusate significantly affected the effect of Cypr on AP. When [Ca ~ (2 +)] _0 decreased, the effect of APD_ (20) shortening was enhanced, while that of [Ca ~ (2 + Significantly weakened role, need to increase Cypr concentration in order to show shortening APD role. The concentration of potassium in the perfusate was decreased, and the effect of shortening the APD_ (90) of Cypr8μmol / L was obviously weakened when only low [K ~ +] _0. The results suggest that the drug shortening the role of APD may be mainly related to inhibiting transmembrane transport of Ca ~ (2+) in cardiomyocytes.
