1 引言 党的十四大确定了在我国建立社会主义市场经济体制,将一切具有商品属性的东西都推向了市场。科技期刊作为特殊的商品,同样也被纳入经济的轨道,在激烈的竞争中接受优胜劣汰的考验。为此,使长期处在“国养”状态下的科技期刊受到强烈冲击。如何转变观念,主动适市场经济的大潮,是科技期刊面临的新课题。 2 科技期刊受到冲击的必然性 2.1 科技期刊在市场经济中的定位 科技期刊是传播科学技术的窗口和媒介,它的职能是为广大科技工作者提供学术交流的园地,既促进理论与实际相结合,又将科研成果推向社会,转化为产品,提高生产力,并在此发现人才,促进我国科技繁荣与发展。随着科技在综合国力中比重的提高,科技期刊在社会中的地位越来越重要。目前,我国正式发行的科技期刊有4000多种,他们面向经济的主战场,属方兴未艾的第三产业,在科技成果转化
