人白细胞抗原(HLA)可分为Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级抗原。Ⅱ级抗原(HLA-DR、DP、DO)在识别抗原及所发生的细胞免疫反应中起重要作用,所以它是器官移植的重要障碍。气管移植物通过适当保存处理,可破坏Ⅱ级抗原,从而防止发生宿主对移植物的免疫反应。为研究4种不同的保存方法对同种异体气管移植物Ⅱ级抗原的影响,用单克隆抗体并结合免疫过氧化物酶染色法,对移植物保存前后Ⅱ抗原及组织结构情况进行了检测。实验分4组,Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组分别
Human leukocyte antigen (HLA) can be divided into Ⅰ and Ⅱ grade antigen. Class II antigens (HLA-DR, DP, DO) play an important role in recognizing antigens and cellular immune responses, so it is a major obstacle to organ transplantation. Tracheal grafts can destroy Class II antigens by proper preservation and thus prevent host immune response to the graft. In order to study the effect of four different preservation methods on level Ⅱ antigen of tracheal allograft, the antigens and histological structure of Ⅱ before and after transplantation were detected by monoclonal antibody and immunoperoxidase staining.
