The Provisional Regulations on Continuing Education for Professional and Technical Personnel in Hebei Province were discussed and approved at the 20th executive meeting of Hebei Provincial People’s Government on May 10, 1999 and implemented on May 28. This provision of interim provisions a total of 19 terms,
