《黑龙江省生活饮用水卫生监督管理规定》业经省政府同意,现予以公布,自1998年2月1日起施行。
“Heilongjiang Province, drinking water health supervision and management regulations” with the consent of the provincial government, is to be announced, since February 1, 1998 shall come into operation.
