为阐明子宫血管分布和子宫平滑肌瘤自然病程的关系,作者对70例子宫平滑肌瘤进行了超声研究。1年内每3个月测量1次子宫和平滑肌瘤的体积,同时测定子宫主要动脉和子宫肌瘤供养血管的血流特征。采用5MHz经阴道探头和3.5MHz经腹探头的彩色多普勒仪(LOGIC 500,Tokyo,Japan)检测子宫和子宫肌瘤的体积及血管分布。对子宫体积和每个平滑肌瘤的体积测量是在测出三个维度最大径线(D)基础上按长椭圆体公式(D_1·D_2·D_3·0.5233)算出。
To clarify the relationship between uterine vascular distribution and the natural history of uterine leiomyoma, the author of 70 cases of uterine leiomyoma ultrasound study. The volume of uterus and leiomyomatae was measured every 3 months in 1 year, and the blood flow characteristics of the vessels supplying the main uterine artery and uterine fibroids were also measured. Uterine and uterine fibroids were examined for volume and vascularity using a 5 MHz transvaginal probe and a 3.5 MHz abdominal probe color doppler (LOGIC 500, Tokyo, Japan). Volume measurements of the uterine volume and of each leiomyomata are based on the long ellipsoidal formula (D_1 · D_2 · D_3 · 0.5233) based on the determination of the three dimensional maximum diameter (D).
