【目的】调查安徽农村“关注儿童发育”项目实施可行性,为该项目的推广应用提供提供基础资料。【方法】根据世界卫生组织的“关注儿童发育”项目的调查方法,结合本国的实际情况进行改编,培训调查员后现场进行调查。【结果】97%的被调查母亲及93%的各级医务人员认为在农村地区推广“关注儿童发育”项目有必要,但有40%医务人员认为在农村地区推广有困难,而母亲仅3%不愿接受这方面咨询。【结论】安徽农村地区实施“关注儿童发育”项目是可行的,可促进农村儿童健康成长。
【Objective】 To investigate the feasibility of “focusing on children’s development” in rural Anhui and provide basic information for the popularization and application of this project. 【Method】 According to the World Health Organization 【Results】 Ninety-seven percent of surveyed mothers and 93% of medical staff at all levels considered it necessary to promote “child-focused” programs in rural areas. However, 40% of medical staff considered it difficult to promote them in rural areas, while mothers only 3% do not want to accept this advice. 【Conclusion】 It is feasible to carry out the “Focus on Child Development” project in rural areas of Anhui Province, which can promote the healthy growth of rural children.
