L-胱氨酸中铁盐的检查,目前有两种方法,一是上海与重庆两地采用的直接取样检查法(第一法),二是北京与新疆等地采用的取炽灼残渣项下遗留的残渣进行检查的方法(第二法)。考虑到炽灼残渣项下遗留的残渣,检查重金属时已用,我们改用于600℃灰化后的残渣进行检查(第三法)。我们按中国药典1977年版附录铁盐检查法,对成都某制药化学厂及重庆某厂生产的三批L-胱氨酸,采用上述3种方法进行了铁盐检查,并进行了比较,现介绍如下。 1.将各批样品按上述3种方法进行检查,结果按第一法检查,样品中均未检出杂质铁;按
