国内大输液生产加盖瓶口薄膜历来均靠手工操作。中国人民解放军沈阳军区第二九○医院首先研制成功自动盖膜机并投入制剂生产试用。经有关部门及专家进行技术鉴定,认为该机设计比较科学,结构合理,在技术上有创造性,达到了国内先进水平。自动盖膜机可代替手工操作,节省人力,减轻劳动强度,提高产品质量。经过一个阶段试用证明性能可靠,一般每小时盖膜660张,速度可调,盖膜准确率可达95%以上。自动盖膜机对我国药厂、医院制剂室具有推广使用价值。
Domestic large infusion cap stitch film production have always been by hand. People’s Liberation Army Shenyang Military Region, second nine hundred and first hospital successfully developed automatic cover film machine and put into production trial production.
