Primary liver cancer is one of the most common and most lethal cancers in the world. AFP as a reliable tumor marker of primary liver cancer is widely used in the early diagnosis of liver cancer and postoperative condition monitoring. For the early diagnosis of liver cancer, the level of AFP in human serum is lower than 20 ng / mL, which can be regarded as a suspected case of liver cancer. AFP in human serum will drop to a very low level after liver cancer surgery. If Postoperative serum AFP levels continue to rise, it will indicate the recurrence or metastasis of liver cancer, thus AFP ultra-sensitive detection for the diagnosis and treatment of primary liver cancer is of great significance.
