湖北省卫生厅于1983年9月15日主持召开了硝酸甘油静脉注射剂及其在麻醉降压上的应用成果鉴定会。通过讨论,与会代表一致认为该制剂质量稳定,作用可靠,使用安全。在临床应用于麻醉控制性降压的100多例病例中所做的降压指标、心电图监测、血气酸碱测定、变性血红蛋白定量以及血流动力学监测取得的结果,对进一步推广临床应用有较大的指导意义。建议有关部门组织生产,以满足临床的需要。
