目前,食管癌的药物治疗仍在探索阶段。虽然,试用于食管癌的化疗药物有20余种,几乎涉及各类抗癌药物,但有客观疗效者为数不多。祖国医学治疗食管癌(噎隔)的记载甚广。此外增强机体免疫能力,减少药物副作用的辅助治疗与支持疗法也日益受到重视。新近细胞动力学和药物代谢特点以及宿主——肿瘤细胞——药物之间关系的研究,为药物的合理应用广开了思路。
At present, drug treatment for esophageal cancer is still at an exploratory stage. Although there are more than 20 kinds of chemotherapeutic drugs used for esophageal cancer, almost all kinds of anti-cancer drugs are involved, but there are only a few patients who have objective efficacy. The record of the motherland’s medical treatment for esophageal cancer (septum septum) is extensive. In addition, the adjuvant treatment and supportive therapy that enhance the body’s immunity and reduce the side effects of drugs are also increasingly valued. Recent studies on the relationship between cellular dynamics and drug metabolism and the host-tumor cell-drug relationship have opened the way for the rational use of drugs.
