STCW公约马尼拉修正案的执行,对航海类院校教育产生了巨大影响,尤其是对教师的综合素质提出了新的挑战。在分析STCW公约马尼拉修正案对航海类专业教育影响的基础之上,提出了强化教师培训的相关措施。
The implementation of the Manila amendment to the STCW Convention has had a tremendous impact on the education of maritime colleges and universities, especially as it poses new challenges to the overall quality of teachers. Based on an analysis of the impact of Manila amendments to the STCW Convention on maritime education, the paper proposes measures to strengthen teacher training.
