目前我国的教育与社会出现一定程度的脱节,具体表现为高端人才需求疲软而技术人才供不应求。这应该与我国职业教育体系存在的问题有直接关系。以德国职业教育为对比对象,总结德国的基本职业教育模式以及师资特点的情况,通过对比得到我国的不足以及改进的对策,为今后我国的职业教育尤其是师资力量的建设提供理论基础。
At present, there is a certain degree of disconnect between education and social development in our country. The concrete manifestation is that the demand for high-end talent is weak while the number of skilled professionals is in short supply. This should be directly related to the existing problems in our vocational education system. Taking the German vocational education as the contrast object, this article summarizes the basic vocational education mode and the characteristics of the teachers in Germany. By comparing, we can find the shortcoming of our country and the countermeasures of improvement, and provide the theoretical basis for the construction of the vocational education in our country in the future.
