实验性动物肾炎模型对于研究人类肾炎的发病机理及观察药物疗效的重要性已为越来越多的学者所认识。为大家所熟悉的马杉氏肾炎和急性、慢性血清病型肾炎模型的研究成为传统的肾炎免疫学分类的基础,即把肾小球肾炎分为抗肾小球基膜型(简称抗肾抗体型)和循环免疫复合物型。关于马杉氏肾炎及急性、慢性血清病型肾炎模型的制作方法、病理变化和发病机理等已有另文发表,本文不再赘述。近20余年来,尤其70年代后期以后,国内外学者用各种方法研究成功了更多病理类型和不同发病机理的肾炎模型,它们冲破了传统概念的束缚,极大地丰富了对肾炎发病机理的认识。其中不少模型制作方法简便,病理类型稳定,成功率高,具有较高的临床实用价值。本文就有代表性的某些动物实验肾炎模型的制作方法
