A new report from a market research firm recently said energy consumption in the data center is on the rise as a result of rapid market expansion. By 2020, the data center’s power service market is projected to grow at a CAGR of 11.8% as the demand for other services drives the market for efficient power management and control products. It is learned that the expenditure associated with the power consumption of the data center is the main part of the total operating costs of the data center.
