利用1990-2006年江苏省时间序列数据,通过构建污染方程和产出方程的模型来研究经济增长与环境污染之间的相互关系。研究发现:江苏省的经济增长主要是依靠固定资产投入和出口来拉动的;江苏省的经济增长会带来环境的恶化,而依靠环境投入对经济增长的拉动作用却是很小的,这表明依靠牺牲环境为代价来促进经济增长是不可取的,对此提出了相应的政策建议。
Using the time series data of Jiangsu Province from 1990 to 2006, the paper establishes a model of pollution and output equations to study the relationship between economic growth and environmental pollution. The study found that: the economic growth in Jiangsu Province is mainly driven by the input and output of fixed assets; the economic growth in Jiangsu Province will lead to the deterioration of the environment, and the contribution of environmental input to economic growth is very small, indicating that It is not advisable to promote economic growth at the cost of sacrificing the environment, and corresponding policy suggestions are put forward.
