湿壁巷道传热系数及传质系数是湿壁巷道与空气之间进行热湿交换计算的两个重要的物理参数。由于湿壁巷道与空气间的传热和传质同时发生,且相互联系和影响,所以湿壁巷道的传热系数和传质系数不同于唯一传热过程中的传热系数和唯一传质过程中的传质系数,而且也不同于具有自液面的液体的传热系数和传质系数。本文依据基本的物理定律建立了传热传质同时发生时的能量方程式,并通过相似分析和实验给出了传热系数及传质系数的准则方程式。所得结论可用于湿壁巷道与空气之间的热湿交换计算。
The heat transfer coefficient and mass transfer coefficient of wet wall roadway are two important physical parameters for the calculation of heat and moisture exchange between wetwall roadway and air. Because the heat transfer and mass transfer between wetwall roadway and air occur simultaneously and are interrelated and influenced, the heat transfer coefficient and mass transfer coefficient of wetwall roadway are different from the heat transfer coefficient and the only mass transfer process in the only heat transfer process In the mass transfer coefficient, but also different from the liquid surface of the liquid heat transfer coefficient and mass transfer coefficient. Based on the basic laws of physics, this paper establishes the energy equation of simultaneous heat and mass transfer, and gives the criterion equations of heat transfer coefficient and mass transfer coefficient through similar analysis and experiment. The conclusion can be used to calculate the heat and moisture exchange between wetwall roadway and air.
