随着人工采苗技术的发展,主要以西日本为中心,牙鲆养殖迅速展开。但是,就这一鱼种的养殖而言,所知不甚完全,实际上系凭经验行事。爱媛县水产试验场森实庸男等为探索牙鲆养殖基础理论而进行了研究。饵料对低龄鱼生长的影响1983年11月9日至1984年1月9日,以平均全长22.3~22.8厘米、平均体重125~133克的人工繁育牙鲆为对象,分别投喂玉筋鱼、日本竹荚鱼、竹刀鱼、日本鳀鱼、杂鱼,实验饲养61天。摄饵率:除杂鱼组牙鲆摄饵较差外,各组牙鲆摄饵量的差异不大。玉筋鱼组和日本鳀鱼组牙鲆平均日摄饵率稍高,分别为2.42%和2.58%,其它组牙鲆平均日摄饵率为1.94~2.18%。生长:杂鱼组牙鲆长得最差,平均体重
