1983年8月24日,我区某部疗养院发生一起食物中毒。经流行病学调查和病原学检查,证实是由于食入被副溶血性弧菌污染的海蟹引起的。一、临床表现(一)潜伏期:最短者为2.5小时,最长者为99小时,多在10～20小时。平均潜伏期15小时。与日本神奈川县和上海(尤锡根)报道的基本相似。(二)症状和体征:病人先觉头晕、周身不适、腹胀,继而出现上腹部和脐周围阵发性绞痛,恶心、呕吐、发热和腹泻,多数病人为水样便,仅2例为血水样便。严重者发冷,发热,伴有轻度脱水和神经症状。发病24小时后,一般主要症状消失,唯有头痛症状加重。体温多在38℃以上,白细胞总数增
