东风_4内燃机车牵引电动机在牵引发电机恒功率曲线范围内运行,为了尽量扩大机车的恒功速度范围,在六台牵引电动机励磁绕组上并联了两级磁场削弱电阻。运行结果表明,削弱电阻经常烧损,轻者变色,重者将周围电线路绝缘烤焦、起火,造成火灾事故。从1987年到1990年上半年,我段共发生磁场削弱电阻烧损27件。如1988年6月27日,0398号机车因磁场削弱电阻烧红,瓷瓶烧裂,使周围绝缘物起火。1990年4月14日,1073号机车,第2位牵引电动机的磁场削弱电阻烧红,造成机车电器柜右侧起火,将
