9月30日,国家发改委印发《关于调整发电企业上网电价有关事项的通知》,贵州、天津、安徽、福建、江苏等多省上网电价都有所下调,幅度在每千瓦时0.9分至每千瓦时2.5分。数据显示,以全国火电上网电价平均下调每千瓦时1.2分~13分计算,则电企利润将减少近500亿元。虽然此次电价下调无关煤电联动,但这部分利润受损将难以避免地传导到上游煤炭企业,煤价可能会再度承压。从各省公布的调速幅度可以看出,沿海地区的调幅明显高于内陆地区,沿海装机占比高的电企将会受到较大的损失。
