国家电网公司在7月26日的农电工作会议上印发了14家单位的经验交流材料,8家单位作了交流发言。14家交流材料中,讲述县供电企业管理提升工程的有3家,供电所管理提升工程的有2家,专项治理工作经验的有3家,农网改造升级工程的有3家,介绍其他经验的3家。本文以14家单位的经验交流材料为参考,结合所了解到的其他单位的情况,归类整理出了国家电网公司系统内,省公司在基层供电企业管理提升工程中的共性举措和做法,以及专项管理经验的特色之处。
