目的探讨二仙汤及其拆方对去卵巢大鼠血常规的影响,并比较各个拆方作用的差异。方法实验SD大鼠分为假手术组、模型组和二仙汤整方及其4个拆方组,共7个组,除假手术组行假手术外,其余均行手术彻底摘除卵巢,连续给药90 d,考察血常规的变化。结果假手术组的HCT,HGB,RBC,LYMPH,PLT,WBC与模型组相比均有差异性,C方能明显降低HGB、HCT,D方可显著降低WBC,B方和E方可使PLT明显升高。结论各个拆方对去卵巢大鼠的血液成分起着不同的调节作用,具有临床指导意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of Erxian Decoction and its decomposed formulas on the blood routine of ovariectomized rats and to compare the differences of the effects of each recipe. Methods Experimental SD rats were divided into sham operation group, model group and Erxian decoction group and its 4 disassembled groups, a total of 7 groups. Except sham operation group, sham group Dose 90 d, study blood changes. Results Compared with model group, HCT, HGB, RBC, LYMPH, PLT and WBC in sham operation group were all significantly different. C, HG, HCT, D decreased WBC, B, Significantly increased. Conclusion All demolition prescriptions play different roles in the regulation of blood components in ovariectomized rats, which has clinical significance.
