在中国残疾人运动史上,清晰地记录着双腿高位截肢的四川籍运动员傅启敏,用毅力和斗志写下的一曲曲壮丽的诗篇。退出休坛之后,又在农村经济建设方面顽强地奋斗。 他在那“以阶级斗争为纲”的年代,戴着“地主子女”的帽子失去了上体育学院的机会,忍受了前后15次从锯脚趾到锯脚掌再到锯小腿的剧烈疼痛,忍受了到医院卖血,院方怕“地主阶级的流毒”污染受血者,只好隐名的苦难。他在几十年的逆境中,自强不息、拼搏奋争。始终不忘成为体育明星,为国争光的初衷,无论酷暑还是严冬,都坚持游泳和其他体育项目的训练,终于在远东及太平洋地区伤残人运动会
In the history of the Chinese disabled movement, Fu Qimin, a Sichuan native athlete with high legs, clearly recorded the magnificent poem written with perseverance and morale.
