Apolipoproteins CⅠ, CⅢ are mainly distributed in triglyceride-rich lipoproteins. apoC I is an activator of lecithin cholesterol acyltransferase (LCAT), which may activate lipoprotein lipase (LPL) and inhibit hepatic lipolytic enzyme. aPoC III inhibits the uptake of LPL and apoE. Recent studies have shown that, aPoC Ⅰ can peripheral tissues of cholesterol (TC) transported to the liver for degradation and excretion, as well as in the prevention of very low density lipoprotein
