已有数篇文献报道体外受精失败的人卵母细胞具有相对高的染色体异常率。作者研究了有生育力妇女的卵母细胞染色体,目的是确定实际的染色体异常率,并将其与不育妇女的受精失败的卵母细胞(insemina-ted-unfertilized oocytes)进行比较。
Several articles have reported that human oocytes that failed in vitro fertilization have a relatively high rate of chromosomal abnormalities. The authors studied the oocyte chromosomes of fertile women in order to determine the actual rate of chromosomal abnormalities and compare them with insemina-ted-unfertilized oocytes in infertile women.
