上海市农业技术推广服务中心所属的农药及种子质量监督检验站。在开展农药、种子质量监督检验测试、技术服务和技术培训等方面做了大量工作,取得显著成绩,确保了农药、种子质量,保护了消费者、生产者和经营者的合法权益。这是日前市质量技术监督局对市农药及种子质量监督检验站“双认证”复审会上传出的信息。上海市农药及种子质量监督检验站自1995年通过市技监局计量和机构审查认可以来,严格执行国家法律法规,严格按照《产品质量检验机构计量认证技术考核规范要求》,先后进行了650多只农药样品及1592项次测试,总合格率82%-87%。种子质量方面,抽查了代表3000万公斤的500余只样品,检测到发芽率不合格率为3.2%-11.9%,净度不合格率为1.4%-25%,为社会各界提供了公正、科学、准确
