目的:探讨手术室护理干预对预防胃肠道手术患者切口感染的作用。方法:选取某院收治的140例胃肠道手术患者随机分成2组,每组70例。观察组给予手术室综合护理干预,对照组给予常规护理,比较2组护理效果。结果:观察组切口甲级愈合率为71.43%,显著高于对照组,丙级愈合率为4.29%,显著低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组切口感染发生率为4.29%,较对照组18.57%显著下降(P<0.01);观察组住院时间、住院费用均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:对胃肠道手术患者采取手术室综合护理干预能有效防止术后切口感染的发生。
Objective: To investigate the effect of operating room nursing intervention on prevention of incisional infection in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery. Methods: A total of 140 cases of gastrointestinal surgery admitted to a hospital were randomly divided into two groups (n = 70 in each group). The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention in the operating room, while the control group was given routine nursing care. The nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results: The healing rate of grade A in observation group was 71.43%, which was significantly higher than that in control group (4.29%), which was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.01). Incision infection rate in observation group was 4.29% (P <0.01). The hospitalization and hospitalization costs in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: The operation room integrated nursing intervention for gastrointestinal surgery patients can effectively prevent the occurrence of incision infection.
