北京华东开关厂创建于1985年9月。建厂初期,由于缺资金,少设备,更重要的是科技人才,使企业产品单一,企业经济效益不高,曾一度出现困境。改革开放10年来,华东开关厂实施“以科技为先导,兴科治厂”的发展战略,经过几年的艰苦努力,使华东开关厂发展成为北京市星火示范企业。回顾华东开关厂走过的道路,我们深刻认识到,企业的发展除党的改革开放政策和各级领导的关怀之外,关键是必须依靠科技进步。科技人才是企业发展的根本乡镇企业能否长期稳定地发展,最根本的因素就是企业能否坚持培养、引进和使用
Beijing Huadong Switch Factory was founded in September 1985. In the initial period of construction, due to lack of funds, less equipment, and more importantly, scientific and technological talents, the company’s products were monotonous and the economic efficiency of the company was not high. Once, it was once a dilemma. Over the past 10 years of reform and opening up, East China Switchgear has implemented the development strategy of “science and technology as the forerunner and Xingkezhizhichang”. After several years of hard work, the East China Switchgear Factory has become a demonstration enterprise in Beijing. Looking back at the path taken by the East China Switchgear factory, we deeply realized that apart from the Party’s reform and opening-up policy and the care of leaders at all levels, the key to the development of the enterprise is to rely on scientific and technological progress. The scientific and technological talents are the fundamental enterprises for the development of enterprises. Whether they can develop steadily for a long time, and the most fundamental factor is whether they can insist on cultivating, introducing and using.
