[目的]探讨分析预防牙隐裂对称性发生的有效干预措施。[方法]将120例牙齿无龋齿与修复史的牙隐裂患者随机分成对照组和干预组,有效治疗隐裂后干预组给予相应的预防干预措施,对照组无干预措施。随访3年评价治疗效果,比较两组对侧牙隐裂的发生率。[结果]120颗隐裂牙治疗成功率为100%,随访3年后均未发现隐裂加深或劈裂及牙髓病变发生。对照组对侧同名牙隐裂的发生率为48.3%,明显高于干预组(P﹤0.05)。[结论]牙隐裂对称性发生率较高,预防性调与口腔保健指导是预防牙隐裂对称性发生的有效预防措施。
[Objective] To explore effective interventions to analyze the prevention of occult fracture symmetry. [Methods] 120 patients with tooth-free deciduous teeth and restoration history were randomly divided into control group and intervention group. After effective treatment, the intervention group was given the corresponding preventive intervention and the control group without intervention. Follow-up 3 years to evaluate the effect of treatment, the two groups on the incidence of occlusion of the lateral teeth. [Result] The successful rate of 120 cracked teeth was 100%. No deepening or splitting of cracked crack and dental pulp lesions were found after 3 years follow-up. The incidence of occlusion of the same name contralateral to the control group was 48.3%, which was significantly higher than that of the intervention group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] There is a high incidence of occult fractures symmetry, prophylactic tarsal adjustment and oral health guidance are effective preventive measures to prevent symmetry of occlusion.
