三个样板工程的战斗部署和实施概况,样板工程是在群众中树立起来的活榜样,这里有好人、好事、好思想、好工程,值得大家学习。因此,要树立一个样板工程,必须有周密的计划和具体的措施。这个计划和措施,必须是高标准的,能全面体现出“两高、三清、两过硬、一包到底”的要求;同时必须充分结合实际情况,是切实可行的。这样的计划和措施,必须从群众中来,到群众中去,最后落实到人。这就是说,对样板工程要很好地进行领导,从政治思想上、组织管理上、施工技术上扎扎实实地做好工作。这里,介绍武建车轮轮箍工程中的三个样板工程的战斗部署和实施概况,我们可以看到样板工程是怎样规划布置的,又是取得了怎样的效果的。
The general situation of battle planning and implementation of the three model projects is that the model project is a living model set up among the masses.
