1.为教师营造一个能激发其热情的社会氛围。虽然教师的综合素养在社会上整体属于较高层次,但教师首先也是一个生活在社会中的自然人,作为一个自然人就会产生一个自然人的正常需求。在社会整体进步的今天,教师的地位不但没有得到相应的提高,反倒越来越低了。还有一些人依旧以“蜡烛精神”、“安贫乐教”来要求教师,以更加苛刻的标准来约束教师,教师面对越来越重的工作压力,加之薪金待遇相对偏低和工作考核评价
