国家规定,对作业场所粉尘浓度的监测以滤膜测尘法为准.目前粉尘采样器在动力上有的使用交流电源或直流电源,未能彻底解决防爆问题。为了解决这一不足,研制了辽劳Ⅳ型粉尘采样器。采用交流、直流、压缩空气三种动力,适用于各类作业场所测尘,由于可利用压缩空气采样,从根本上解决了防爆问题,并具备操作简单、携带方便等优点。经实验室测试,负压、泵体连续运转时间、采样流量等各项指标均达到国家规定的要求
