In order to discuss the application technology of solar heating in primary school buildings, the Inner Mongolia Science and Technology Commission initiated the project in February 1997 and implemented the research project of the “Hope Primary School Solar Energy Teaching Building Experimental Demonstration” project in Sandaoying Town, Zhuozi County, Maomao County. The pilot project was selected in Sandaoying Village (a national poverty-stricken mountainous area). The village is located at the north latitude and leads Liu Han’s average annual temperature of 25°C at an altitude of 1808, with the lowest one 326 moving at a maximum of 25.2°C.
