企业是社会的细胞,企业标准化是船舶标准化的基础,抓基础工作,我们的事业才能发展。在市场经济条件下,强调质量是生命,效益是关健,而标准化则是这一切的保证。武昌造船厂的领导认准了标准化工作在企业现代化生产技术、经营和管理中对促进技术进步、保证质量、提高经济效益所起的作用,真正把标准化工作纳入总体工作计划,在人力、物力、财力上给予支持,并且重视标准的宣贯工作及工厂标准化人员的业务培训,因而武昌造船厂的企业标准化工作上了一个新的台阶。现将武昌造船厂标准化室的《领导重视使标准化水平上了一个新台阶》一文刊登于下,供各单位和各级领导参考学习,特别是那些把标准化工作视为可有可无,甚至将标准化机构撤消、标准化人员改行了的单位的领导更应认真学习。使企业标准化工作真正起到为企业科学管理和推动技术进步服务的作用。
