1 国际标准与ISO9000 目前,世界各国为了各自的经济利益正在形成集团,在区域的国家之间实行互利互惠的原则,而对区域外的国家设置壁垒,出现了新的贸易保护主义趋势,在技术上也是如此。以前的产品规格一般都考虑到了零件的互换性和消费者的方便,但现在实际上已经逐步成为新的抵制外国产品的一种手段。采用不同的技术规格和对进口产品实行重复检查,就是这种技术壁垒的例子。
1 International Standards and ISO9000 At present, all countries in the world are forming groups for their respective economic interests and implementing the principle of mutual benefit and reciprocity among countries in the region. While setting barriers to countries outside the region, new trends of trade protectionism have emerged. In technology The same is true. The use of different technical specifications and repeated inspections of imported products are examples of such technical barriers.
