2002年是大船重工成功实现改制的第一年,是加入WTO后肩负重担、迎接挑战的头一年。一年来,在各上级主管部门的领导下,标准化工作加大力度、夯实基础、继续创新,紧密围绕公司提出的“改革创新,推进转模,强化管理,降低成本”的生产经营目标,坚持以面向市场、立足企业、加强管理、服务生产为宗旨,以提高产品质量为中心,以编制“三大规范”为重点,开展标准化工作,为公司全面完成今年的生产经营目标提供了重要的技术保障。今年公司标准化工作的特点是五个突出:
