小肠细菌过度增生综合症(Bacterial Overgroth Syndromes)是由于胃肠道解剖与生理性紊乱所引起的上段小肠内结肠型菌丛过度增生,并发生各种代谢障碍,如脂肪泻、维生素缺乏及碳水化合物吸收不良等。目前研究甚少,特此作出综述。正常菌丛:细菌从口腔被唾液冲洗至胃,大部分被胃酸杀灭。胃内菌丛以革兰氏阳性菌和需氧菌占优势,细菌浓度通常小于10~3菌丛形成单位/毫升(Colony forming units/毫升)简称CFU/
