本文报告了感染肝片吸虫的黄牛经肝蛭净(化学名triclabendazole,商品名Fasinex)治疗后,血清γ-谷氨酰胺转肽酶(γ-Glutanyl transpeptide,简称γ-GT)活性的变化。比较两对照组,肝片吸虫的入侵导致血清γ-GT活性曲线呈明显升高。比较两治疗组,2周龄组的血清γ-GT活性曲线明显升高,而8周龄组的曲线则比较平稳。试验结果提示:肝蛭净治疗8周龄肝片吸虫比治疗2周龄肝片吸虫效果好。各组曲线作函数回归处理,呈现指数函数规律。
This paper reports the changes of serum γ-glutamyl transpeptidase (γ-GT) activity in cattle infected with Fasciola hepatica treated with triclabendazole (product name Fasinex). Comparing the two control groups, invasion of Fasciola hepatica resulted in a significant increase of serum γ-GT activity curve. Compared with the two treatment groups, the serum γ-GT activity curve of 2-week-old group was significantly increased, while the curve of 8-week-old group was relatively stable. Test results suggest that: liver leech net treatment of 8-week-old Fasciola hepatica better than 2-week-old Fasciola hepatica. Each group of curves as a function of regression processing, showing the law of exponential function.
