近几年以来,浙江省台州市农机、公安部门针对拖拉机道路交通安全管理出现的新情况新问题,遵循“整合资源,优势互补”原则,在市、县两级政府领导下,积极探索农机交通安全管理新模式,市级及九个县(市、区)相继建立了公安驻农机警务联络室。联络室大力开展农村道路交通安全管理巡查,累计查处以拖拉机为主的各类交通违法行为1万余起,有效遏制了拖拉机道路交通事故高发势头,促进了农村道路交通安全畅通,为实现省政府
