中央电视台在多年的档案管理工作中 ,积极推进档案管理现代化 ,实行档案信息网络化管理 ,取得了不小的成绩。但由于实际工作中办公自动化管理系统和档案管理系统的分离 ,导致各部门文件的重复交叉归档和归档不全 ,以及通过网络实现电子文件归档工作的止步不前。针对此 ,作者认为在文档一体化计算机管理通用系统的开发设计中 ,应考虑数据结构的一致性、功能结构的连贯性和管理方式的协调性。
In many years of file management work, CCTV has actively promoted the modernization of file management and implemented the network management of file information, and achieved remarkable results. However, due to the separation of the office automation management system and the file management system in the actual work, the repetitive cross-archiving and filing of all the documents in different departments and the incomplete archiving of electronic documents through the network have been stopped. In view of this, the author believes that in the development and design of the integrated system of computer integrated management of documents, the consistency of data structure, the consistency of functional structure and the coordination of management mode should be considered.
