MicroRNA (miRNA) is an endogenous, single-stranded RNA containing 19-25 nucleotides that acts at the post-transcriptional level to the 3 ’non-coding region of the target mRNA by inhibiting the translation or degradation of the target mRNA Target mRNA to suppress gene expression. In recent years, it has been found that miRNA plays an important role in the physiological processes such as cell differentiation, proliferation and apoptosis, and its abnormal expression promotes the occurrence and development of various diseases. B lymphocytes is an important part of cellular immunity, a large number of studies have shown that miRNA involved in the development of B lymphocytes and B lymphocyte tumors. In recent years, we reviewed the expression of miRNA-17-92, miRNA-150, miRNA-155 and miRNA-181 in the development of normal B lymphocytes and their abnormal changes in B lymphocytic tumors in recent years.
