王晓棠王晓棠在《野火春风斗古城》中以精湛的演技成功地扮演了金环和银环这两个性格截然不同的人物,她是观众比较熟悉和热爱的电影演员。这些年,她没有在银幕上露面,许多观众写信来询问她的情况。王晓棠在文化大革命中受迫害离开制片厂后,在北京郊区的怀柔林场劳动了几年。落实政策后回到制片厂,但已积劳成疾。她一边养病,一边以顽强的毅力进行学习和创作。最近,她写出了以反映华侨生活为题材的电影剧本《翔》,上海电影制片厂决定投入拍摄,目前她正在上海同摄制组一起进行拍摄前的筹备工作。
