政绩,是领导干部存履行职责中创造出来的成绩和贡献,它是衡量一个领导干部工作能力,考核、选拔、任用领导干部的重要指标和基础。一段时间以来,有部分领导干部对政绩片面理解,以致形成了错误的政绩观。正确的政绩观,应该包括以下几方面:第一,领导干部追求政绩的动机一定要端正。谋求政绩的出发点必须是为了党的事业、国家的发展、人民的利益,而决不是为了谋取更高的职位和换得个人一时的荣誉。
It is a measure of the achievements and contributions made by leading cadres in the performance of their duties. It is an important indicator and foundation for measuring the work ability of a leading cadre, examining, selecting and appointing leading cadres. For some time now, some leading cadres have made a unilateral understanding of the achievements so as to form a wrong view of achievements. The correct view of achievements should include the following aspects: First, the motivation of leading cadres in their pursuit of political achievements must be corrected. The starting point for seeking political achievements must be for the cause of the party, the development of the country, the interests of the people, but by no means for the purpose of seeking higher posts and gaining personal glories.
